Roaming is when you call, text, or use data while traveling abroad.
Roaming in the EU
There are no roaming charges within the EU, so you can call, browse, and text in any EU country at the same rate as you would in Belgium.
You can use roaming in the following countries:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway
Note: it’s not possible to use roaming in the United Kingdom.
It’s not possible to call or text foreign numbers with your TADAAM eSIM. You can only call or text Belgian numbers, even when you’re abroad in the EU.
In the EU, you have 56 GB of data available, which means that you can use around 1.8 GB of data daily, allowing you to:
- Listen to music all day
- Stream videos for up to 6 hours
- Visit around 1,800 websites
Roaming outside of the EU
Currently, you can’t make calls, send texts, or use data with your TADAAM eSIM when outside the EU. We recommend you to get an eSIM of a local operator or to connect to local wifi networks.
