If you've lost your phone or suspect it’s been stolen, it's important to block your eSIM as soon as possible.

First... You can block your eSIM through MyTADAAM > Subscription > Mobile > Block all services.
Good to know: We can also block your phone using its IMEI number (a 15-digit serial number), which you can find on the phone’s packaging or inside the device. Contact us for this.

Found your phone? Great news! You can unblock your eSIM yourself through MyTADAAM > Subscription > Mobile, or contact us.
Have you replaced your lost or stolen phone? Request a new eSIM via MyTADAAM > Subscription > Mobile.
! Important: Blocking your eSIM doesn’t cancel your mobile contract, so your monthly plan will continue to be active.
If someone else uses your phone before you block the card, unfortunately, we can’t prevent this. That’s why it’s crucial to block your SIM as soon as possible after noticing the loss.
