What does unlimited data, calls and texts mean?

Unlimited Data

In Belgium, you have unlimited data for browsing, with a maximum of 300 GB at full speed. If you exceed this, your speed will be reduced to 5 Mbps for both downloads and uploads until the next month starts. In the EU, you also have 56 GB of data available.

With unlimited data, here’s what you can typically do each day in Belgium (around 10 GB daily):

  • Listen to music for 7x 24 hours.
  • Stream videos continuously.
  • Browse up to 10,000 websites.

In the EU, you can use around 1.8 GB of data daily, allowing you to:

  • Listen to music all day.
  • Stream videos for up to 6 hours.
  • Visit around 1,800 websites.

Unlimited Calling

You can only make unlimited calls to Belgian (+32) numbers.

Please note: calls are automatically disconnected after 2 hours (120 minutes).

It’s only possible to call free premium numbers (e.g. 0800-numbers).

Unlimited Texting

You can only send unlimited texts to Belgian (+32) numbers.

It is not possible to text to paying services (e.g. De Lijn).
