My TV Box is broken or lost! What should I do now?

That doesn't sound good! If you no longer have your TV Box or no lights are turning on, please contact our support team. They will look into the possibilities for a new TV Box with you.

Please note that you are renting a TADAAM TV Box for the duration of your subscription. This means that you will be charged for the old TV Box if you are unable to return it to us after you cancel your subscription.

The fee may be waived in certain cases, such as if you can provide a police report of the stolen device.
