My modem is broken or lost! What should I do now?

That doesn't sound good! If you no longer have your modem or no lights are turning on, please contact our support team. They will arrange a new modem for you.

Please note that you are renting a TADAAM modem for the duration of your subscription. This means that you will be charged for the old modem if you are unable to return it to us after you cancel your subscription.

The fee may be waived in certain cases, such as if you can provide a police report of the stolen device.
