What is Easy Switch?
Easy Switch makes it possible to easily switch providers. It relieves you as a customer of the difficult administrative steps involved in switching. The new operator terminates the old contract as soon as the new services are installed, so you don't have to do anything yourself.
Please note: With Easy Switch, you can only cancel your internet and/or TV subscription and, if applicable, your fixed and mobile phone line. When cancelling your phone line, the associated phone number will be lost. If you wish to transfer your phone number(s) to another provider, this cannot be done via Easy Switch. You must request this directly from your new provider.
How does it work?
- I am switching to TADAAM from another provider
To make use of the Easy Switch service, you must first request your TADAAM subscription via our website. During your registration, you can provide the required Easy Switch details. These are:
- The name of your previous provider
- The Easy Switch code from your previous provider
- You can find this code on the online customer platform or app of your previous provider, or on your invoices
- The customer number of your previous provider
- Optional: the phone number of your fixed or mobile line if you wish to cancel it. Please note: your phone number will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated later
Your request will not be processed immediately. Once you have received and activated your TADAAM modem, we will process your Easy Switch request.
Good to know:
- Your TADAAM subscription starts immediately after your first payment
- Do you have a modem or decoder from your previous operator? You will probably have to return it.
- Outstanding invoices still need to be paid.
- We can handle one Easy Switch request per order. If you have products spread across different operators, you must cancel the other services yourself.
- It is not possible to cancel only TV or only internet via Easy Switch; both services will be terminated.
- I am switching to another provider from TADAAM
If, as a TADAAM customer, you want to cancel your subscription using Easy Switch, you must use your personal Easy Switch code when requesting a product from another operator.
You can find this code on My TADAAM or on your TADAAM invoice. Your new provider will inform us to cancel the subscription.
