Oops, that can happen! Did your direct debit fail for some reason? If so, your subscription will be automatically paused until you reinstate your payment. Since TADAAM is a pre-paid service, you don't have to pay the failed invoice. However, you do need to reactivate your subscription.
You can reactivate your subscription by clicking "order TADAAM" via My TADAAM. Follow the steps to complete a new payment. Once your payment is successful, you can use your services again and your direct debit is reinstated.
