How do I update my personal information?

You can change your own personal data on MyTADAAM. Select the tab ‘account’. Here, you can edit your personal information and update your payment information. It's not possible to change your e-mail address via My TADAAM for technical reasons.
If you need to change your e-mail address, you can always contact our support team. They are happy to help you change it.
Need to change the shipping address after you've placed your order? Contact our support team as soon as possible. 
You cannot transfer your TADAAM to another person. If you want to change your name because of a typo or personal reasons, you can also contact our support team.
