How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sad to see you leave.
To cancel your subscription, go to MyTADAAM. Under ‘subscription’, you can find the option to cancel your subscription at the bottom of the page. In the MyTADAAM-app, you can find this in the "Products" tab. 
 
You can still use your TADAAM until the end of your current billing cycle.

The only thing you need to do after your subscription is cancelled, is send back your devices. Download your free return label via MyTADAAM. If you do not return the devices, there will be a charge of €50 per device.
