Your recordings are saved in the cloud. That’s convenient, because it allows you to log in on any device to watch them. Up to 200 hours of recordings can be stored. By default, a recording is saved for 60 days, after which it’s deleted automatically. You can also choose to store them for longer (up to 1 year).
How do I record a TV program (TV Box, smartphone-/tablet app, web)
In the TV guide: Select the TV program you want to record, and then click on ‘record’.
While watching: Click on the 3 dots and then on ‘record’.
How do I watch my recordings?
Go to My TV, click on the recording you want to watch, and then click on ‘watch’.
! Recordings of TV shows of Play, VTM and RTL Belgique channels are preceded by one minute of commercials.
How do I delete a recording?
· Go to My TV, click on ‘edit’, select the recording(s) you want to delete and click on ‘delete’.
· Open de recording you want to delete, click on ‘edit recording’ and then on ‘delete this recording’.
