No internet connection or a red light on your modem?

Did you just receive your TADAAM modem and can't get it to work? Have you had your modem for a while and now you suddenly see a red light? Then follow these steps:

1) First, check that your account is still active. It is possible that something went wrong with your payment and your account has been paused. You can check this via My TADAAM.

2) Check if the SIM card is properly inserted in the modem. It may not be inserted properly. Remove the SIM card. The slanted corner of the sim card should be in the modem first, and you should push the sim card deep enough until you hear a small click.

3) Reset your modem. You do this by inserting a small object into the hole at the bottom of your modem for 10 seconds.

4) Check if the modem linked to your account matches the modem you are holding. You can check this via My TADAAM. Check that the serial number matches the number on the bottom of your modem.

5) Use the TPS app to find the ideal location for your modem.
